I currently work in Little Rock and the surrounding area. I am happy to travel up to 50 miles for events, and any further travel than that will incur a travel fee. Before I take on any new clients, I like to have a consultation to discuss what you're looking for at an event.

Additional Details
There is a $10 fee for any additional song that you would like played at your event that is not currently part of my repertoire. This fee is for the purposes of buying and shipping sheet music for the song that you have requested, as well as the many hours spent learning and perfecting that piece for you. All additional song requests must be made at least 30 days in advance of your scheduled event, and the bill for those songs is due at that time.
The harp is not a weather-proof instrument, and outdoor events can be tricky (but not impossible!). For the harp to be outside, there needs to be a flat, dry surface for the harp to sit on (not grass or gravel), otherwise damage will occur to the wood of the harp. The harp cannot be outside during rain - the only exception to this is under a covered tent with side covers. The harp is a delicate - and expensive - instrument. We don't want to risk any unnecessary damage occuring!
If damage to the harp occurs at/during the event due to forces outside the harpist's control (for example, a person or child knocks the harp over, drinks are spilled on the harp, etc.) the client assumes responsibility for damages, either through personal funds or event insurance.
I'm happy to play with other musicians for your event, but that will necessitate practices ahead of time with the musicians altogether. That will incur a $30 per half hour/$60 per hour practice fee that will be added to the client's bill.
All packages require a 50% deposit. This can be done through Venmo, Cashapp, cash or check. I do not accept a deposit until we have had a chance to discuss your event first.
If your event starts before or goes over the scheduled end time of your contract, no worries! I'm not going to leave suddenly. However, an overtime charge for however long the extra performance time ends up being is added to the client's bill, at the normal rate.
